Whether you're a young athlete looking to improve performance or a golden-ager wanting to improve your quality of life and mobility, building strength is a one-way ticket to a better life. But sometimes it can be a bit daunting.

Which exercises? How many reps? How often? How do I know if I have good form? How do I get stronger without getting hurt? How do I get stronger without losing all of my conditioning or gaining a bunch of weight? The good news is, it doesn't take top-secret methods, expensive supplements, or countless hours in the gym. What it does take is sound principles, consistent hard work, and some attention to detail to get the most bang for your buck out of your training.

By now, you've seen all the success stories about CrossFit, and you want in. Whether it's your first time pursuing this strength and fitness thing or you're looking for something new, our 6-week Training Camp is guaranteed to get you moving in the right direction.

This 6-week program will cover the basics of CrossFit, proper strength training and conditioning, nutrition, and get you on the path to a stronger, healthier you. Coaches will work closely with each athlete to discuss your goals and how we can help you reach them.

Here's the rundown:

-Who (is this for)?
It’s for anyone that's ready to learn and make some positive change. No experience required!

-What (is the Training Camp)?
A 6-week comprehensive entry-level program designed to provide you with the hands-on coaching and valuable resources to get you started on a healthier, happier life. Each day will consist of warm-up, skills and drills, a group workout, and coaching throughout.

-Where (is it located)?
CrossFit No Boundaries, right off the I-5 between San Juan Capistrano and Dana Point.

-When (is it)?
The training camp runs for 6 weeks, starting January 24th. You attend two 50-minute classes per week, and can choose from Tuesdays at 5:00pm, Thursdays at 9:15am and Saturdays at 8:00am.

-Why (did we create the Training Camp)?
We saw a need for a program that teaches the basics of exercise, nutrition, lifestyle, and that is designed to work for everyone regardless of skill and experience.

-How (do I get in on this)?
It’s easy. Follow the link below to sign up, and show up with a smile, ready to move and improve! We will send all participants an informational email the weekend before classes begin.

Here's the thing: it's not going to be easy. But it doesn't have to be hard, either.

This ain't your grandma's fitness routine. No one comes here to work out silently in the corner by themselves. Because that sucks -- we get it. We're in this together, we make it fun together, and we want you to be a part of it.
