Year End Throwdown

We are going to finish this year big with a virtual interweb competition. This will be different, in few ways, than anything else we have ever done. Since we live in the internet age and all you kids love videos, we are going to use the CrossFit No Boundaries Facebook business page as our platform. Click here if you're not sure how to find it.



If you’ve never been there then click the link and like our page to start. For those of you already familiar make sure you post on the business page not the group page.



This is how it’s going to go down.



Each day from Monday through Friday we will be posting a program for you to complete. It will include all the pieces you need to be successful during the break. There will be a warm-up, workout and some mobility.



Your job is to do the daily program and get it on video. Post a 30sec clip of you doing the daily WOD. Your video clip can be the warm up, the workout or the mobility.



Simple right.



Then scoring is where things get really fun. Each post will be scored by LIKES, SHARES and COMMENTS you receive on the post(check your privacy settings. If we can’t see it, we can’t count it. Since we are doing this for all the “right” reasons, please don’t comment on, like or share your own post.

Get creative, have fun with it...be the incredible one of a kind individuals we all know you to be. You know...costumes, action clips, cut your video with some music, etc. If you need a little help just ask Jacqui, she posted a great workout from the World’s Best Boot Camp Orange County awhile back that had us all in stitches.



LIKES are worth 1pt



COMMENTS are worth 2pts



SHARES are worth 3pts



Tag your friends, family, coworkers anyone that might just give you a little extra attention.



We will tally the totals every evening. For example, the first workout will be released on Monday morning and the point tally will close on Monday night at Midnight. So on and so forth until Midnight on Friday the 1st.



The top place finisher each night will be entered into the prize drawing for the weeks winner. We will also be crowning the most creative video for an additional prize pack. The most creative will be voted on by the whole gym...so make something good.



You will need one piece of equipment for a few of the workouts. Can you guess what it is?



Nothing other than a simple sandbag. Make your own or give Milton a call at Supply Line and he'll have it ready for you to pick up for $5. He has helped us with all of our stone(concrete), keg(gravel,sand,water) and sandbag(obvious) needs so he'll be able to set you up. Plus, he gets lonely behind the big desk, pop over and say hello.
