Upcoming: Weightlifting 101 Grad Night/Mini Meet


Next Monday, July 2nd at 7:15pm, you are invited to attend the graduation night for our most recent cohort of Weightlifting 101. Students of the Weightlifting 101 specialty course have spent the last seven weeks digging deep on the discipline of weightlifting, learning about the sport, the movements, and challenging and developing their strength, mobility, power, speed and all-around athleticism.

To celebrate their efforts, we will be hosting a mini-meet for the students of Weightlifting 101, followed by a celebration at Hennessey’s Tavern in Dana Point. All former Weightlifting 101 graduates as well as students of the gym, friends, and family are welcome and encouraged to come support these folks as they put their skills (and nerves) to the test, and then join in some good old-fashioned comradery.
