Upcoming: No Boundaries Holiday Party

The holiday season is quickly approaching, and it’s almost time for our annual No Boundaries Holiday Party! This is your chance to flex your social fitness muscles, celebrate a year of accomplishments, and enjoy the company of your No Boundaries family in a non-fitness environment.

Saturday, December 9th at 6:30pm, we will gather at the Stevens’ beautiful home for night of merriment, laughs, and holiday cheer. We will have food/beverage sign-ups at the gym and online. Dress is holiday casual/glam (no gym clothes!), and we will have a white elephant gift exchange as well ($20 limit).

This is a holiday party you won’t want to miss. See you there!

  • Spend 10 minutes working on kipping/butterfly kipping

Then...

  • “Tabata Something Else”

    • Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

    • Record total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
