Upcoming: Free Community Workout Saturday


Good news! This Saturday, September 1st, at 9:00am, you (and everyone you know) are invited to join the CrossFit No Boundaries community for a FREE community workout.

What to expect:

- some hard work

- some sweat

- some dirt

- some laughs

- excellent coaching

The workout will be scalable to all fitness levels, and coaches will be on hand to help with any modifications. This is our chance to share our craft with the community at large, and we hope you’ll join us (and bring a friend, too!).
