We’re in the home stretch before the start of 6 weeks of dedicated effort to improving lifestyle and habits with the Whole Life Challenge. (If you haven’t joined yet, you still have a chance to join our team HERE).
With that, we have quite a bit going on in the next few days.
First, tomorrow afternoon from 4:00-7:00pm we will have BFIT SD on site for body composition testing. There are only a couple spots left -- this is your last chance to sign up for measurable feedback on where you are now and where you could be. Both gym members and non-members are invited, so if you know someone who may want to get in on this chance opportunity, pass the message along to them!
Tomorrow evening we will also have an informational meeting for the Whole Life Challenge from 5:30-6:30pm. If you are in the Challenge and have specific questions about how it works, or want to talk strategy, or if you are not in the Challenge and are interested in why it’s such a powerful tool and something which we stand behind, stop by and chat with us.
Finally, this Saturday, January 20th at 8:00am we will conduct our Baseline testing and preliminary measurements for the Whole Life Challenge. Come join us to set your baseline and to kick off the next 6 weeks with some momentum.
