Not really...

But I did use some Functional O3 when a prepared the dressing for the arugula and fennel salad we enjoyed with that meal. Before you pass judgement you might just want to try it. Incorporating a real food supplement with real food just makes sense. We are supposed to get what our bodies need from the food we consume, not the powder someone makes in a factory. Whole foods equate to whole people.

Fish Oil is one of the best things you can supplement into your diet. Why? CLICK HERE to let the experts explain. It's science.

There are a lot of choices out there for those of you that take fish oil...a lot of you take capsules...from CxxxCo...because they are cheap. You get what you pay for folks...rancid fish oil that has been sitting in a capsule far longer than you would most likely care to know about. Now you've got the fish burps...see what you've done. Seriously though, think about that for a minute. You just put something in your body that almost immediately returns out of your body as a stinky fish flavored burp...

Food for thought.

If you still haven't figured out what supplements to consider send me an email and I'll steer you in the right direction. If your food doesn't look as good as those pesto rubbed lamb chops you should probably email me for the recipe...just sayin'. Don't let your food get boring...it's waste of time. The Whole Life Challenge isn't about removing delicious food, it's about making better choices.

I can tell you that the lamb chops were an excellent choice.
