We put stock in the idea of measurable and repeatable standards for our performance, and with good reason. It’s hard to apply the best strategies to improve your performance if you don’t have a way to measure your improvement. It makes sense, then, to apply this same concept to change-making in the realms of health and physique.
This Friday, you have an opportunity to obtain valuable metrics that apply to your health, your physique, and your performance alike. BFit Body Fat Testing will be coming to No Boundaries this Friday, January 18th, from 4-6pm to offer testing to the No Boundaries community. This simple, fast, and accurate immersion body fat test will give you a number of important metrics: your body fat mass, your body lean mass, your body fat percentage, your resting metabolic rate (how many calories you need to gain, lose, or maintain weight), and where you line up according to population norms.
This event lines up with our upcoming Whole Life Challenge as well, and BFit will return after the Whole Life Challenge so you can have a definitive measure of your progress over the 6-week challenge. Testing is $49 for one session, and is discounted at $89 for both before and after.
