It's here, folks!

In case you missed it, here's the 17.1 CrossFit Open announcement:

Open Announcement 17.1

This is bound to be a potent combo that will challenge your strength endurance as well as your aerobic capacity, and we want to be ready to perform our best and get the most out of our Open experience. So here's the deal: you've got a bit of homework to do. Take a few short minutes to familiarize yourself with the standards of movement for the dumbbell snatch and the burpee box over.

    • 1500m row

    • While partner is rowing, other partner does sandbag front rack hold (AHAP)
