Stone Cold Challenge Finale


This upcoming Monday, September 17th, marks the end of our 5-week Stone Cold Challenge. It's been a pleasure to see stones being tossed around at all hours of the day and night and to see motivated folks squeeze in a little extra chance to develop here and there.

The results aren’t in just yet, but if I were a betting man, I’d bet we’ll see some considerable performance improvement from the last five weeks of bonus work.

But the game’s not over yet, and this leaves you, dear student, with three things to do.

First, don’t let off the gas! Finish the job. Keep getting those extra reps.

Second, you need to count up your total tonnage lifted. Dust off the ol’ calculator, post up in front of the tally board for a few minutes, and get to adding. Not only will this be a valuable insight into the amount of work you’ve put in the last five weeks, but you need to calculate this number to be eligible for the cash prizes for winners of the challenge. Do this ASAP.

Third, you need to re-test your power clean 1rm. Monday, September 17th at 5:30pm, we will have our official retest. Come on in, get pumped, and let’s see what kind of improvements you’ve made.
