Saturday FREE Community Workout

Listen up folks! This Saturday, May 5th from 9:00-10:00am is our FREE community workout for the month of May, and you’re invited.

Every first Saturday of the month, we open our doors to the community at large to get a little piece of high quality coaching and fitness and to kick their weekend off with a bang. Workouts will be scalable to all fitness and experience levels, and coaches will be on hand to help each student. As you well know, the only thing that makes a little Saturday morning fitness better is doing it with friends, so tag, share, like, and invite a few people you know, and share the love!
