We like results around's how we know what we are doing works as well as how well it works. If you aren't recording your scores you're missing out and you are holding others back. We rely on those numbers to make sure our program is doing what we intend it to...give you results.

Get those scores in Zen Planner!!! Record them in your own log...just record them.

Especially on days like today, we want to know your baseline....because this is a test of pure conditioning (not skill, not strength). This test makes it easy to compare athletes across a spectrum of sizes, locations, and irregardless of skill or equipment. Size, strength or skill do not play a huge role in the results. Neither do the running route, the distance to a wall ball target, or the ROM of an Overhead Squat.

This is an incredible test of mental toughness, as it is very easy to give up on this workout mentally before your body actually reaches failure. Needless to say it's a challenge." So... after more than two months of dedicated training let's see if you are up for the "challenge." Let's see those results!!!
