In the new era of digital everything, we’ve seized the opportunity to expand our platform to deliver you coaching, programming, community, lifestyle remotely. Our intent is to continue to deliver on our commitment to helping individuals pursue personal growth and development through the outlet of fitness, regardless of location. Tomorrow, April 3, 2020, we will be hosting another event with Coach Preston Sprimont. We will continue to explore the benefits of breathing protocols through our Introduction to Breathwork series.

The event will take place at both of our 8 am morning and 4 pm evening coaching calls. You can register for the Zoom by clicking here or by downloading the app for IOS or Andriod. For our current students, we will provide a recording after the final call. If you have questions about the benefits of breathwork practice this event should not be missed.
