Tomorrow we will be continuing with our lifestyle series offering a guided practice centered around breath and movement. The Introducing Ashtanga series will be a digitally guided yoga experience. On Thursday, April 23, 2020, the practice will be available at both 8 am and 4 pm group coaching calls.
Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, flowing practice centered around breathwork and movement. The method stresses the importance of breathing through a set series of movements and postures. This is meant to be a short course in a developing effort. Come prepared with a space to follow along in and a mat or blanket.
