Workout of the Day

Once a month


Join us this Saturday for our FREE Community Workout. It's a day we reserve for "our community" at large, not just the CrossFit community. Exerciser or not this includes you!

Invite one, invite all. Share with your friends, family and neighbors.

The workout is scaleable to any fitness level. Coaches will be on hand to handle any special modifications that are necessary. Just bring your bad self, a great attitude and it's a guaranteed good time.
