New Program: Individualized Mobility Sessions


After finishing a successful first run of our Mobility Specialty Clinics, we are excited to announce a brand new private training offering to our community: Individualized Mobility Sessions.

We regularly hear many of the same questions and desires from our community: how do I improve my overhead position? how do I get this thing to stop hurting after I run? how do I get rid of this nagging shoulder pain? Etc.

What we’ve come up with is our best and most direct solution to those issues: a unique opportunity to work one-on-one with your coach, who has already watched you move for dozens (if not hundreds) of hours, understands your movement strengths, faults, and weaknesses, and can shape a personalized mobility program to you.

These Individualized Mobility Sessions will be 20 minutes of hands-on, partner-assisted mobility, personalized to address your limitations and get you moving better and pain-free.

Individualized Mobility Sessions will be available in packages of 2, 4, or 8 sessions. Every student will start with a longer (30-40 minute) assessment session, where we will dig deep into exactly how we can address your limitations and set ourselves up to get the most out of every following mobility session.

For this month only, we are offering Individualized Mobility Session packages at a lower rollout pricing. Package pricing for this month only is as follows:

- Assessment + 2 Sessions: $30/session - $90

- Assessment + 4 Sessions: $30/session + ½ off assessment - $135

- Assessment + 8 Sessions: $30/session + free assessment - $240

Sessions will be scheduled on a coach-availability basis, and can be scheduled either after GPP classes or on your rest day(s).

Due to limited available hours in the week, we will only be offering Individualized Mobility Sessions to 5 students right now.
