New Friday Evening Schedule

You’ve asked, and we’ve listened! This week we will introduce a slight adjustment to our Friday evening class schedule. We will be moving our 6pm class to 5pm in an effort to give all of the members and coaches of CrossFit No Boundaries a little more time on their Friday evenings to spend at their own “Friday pace.” Now, you can come and get your Friday fitness in, and still have the majority of your evening ahead of you. Use your extra hour for quality time with your family, for grabbing dinner or a drink with a friend, or getting a headstart on your weekend activities.
