Mark Your Calendars: Memorial Day Murph


Every year, CrossFit No Boundaries and members of the CrossFit community around the globe join together to honor fallen service members of our country and to complete a particularly challenging workout, “Murph.” The workout, named and created in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy, is an opportunity to push yourself to do something long, difficult, and uncomfortable; but more importantly, this is a day to gather in honor of something more significant. You are invited to join us in the standing tradition of Memorial Day Murph at CrossFit No Boundaries on Monday, May 28th, at 9:00am. Numerous scaling options will be available, and athletes may complete the workout individually or in small groups. Participants in the event will have the chance to support our military community by donating to the Marine Reconnaissance Foundation.
