Fitness should be fun. If it's not, your doing something wrong. While we may have some basic rules and principles we like to follow it's important to remember to enjoy the experience. Choosing the pursuit of fitness is a complicated as you allow it to be.
Run, Jump, Climb, Push, Pull....
It's all rather basic stuff so don't over complicate things. Think about what an incredible opportunity lies in front of you. Being active and healthy is something you want to do. Every time you walk through those doors of ours you made the decision to show up. As beings with cognitive abilities you have the incredible ability to choose what you want to do and how you will approach the situation.
So...your really doing something you want do when it comes down to it.
SMILE and I bet you'll find someone smiles right back. They made the decision to walk through those doors too. That's right...despite being tired, overwhelmed, weak, hungry, sore, nervous...whatever...now your both happy to be here so let's make it a good time and have some FUN!!!
