While a consistent health and fitness practice may be the thing that helps improve and perhaps save your own life, it helps to have some knowledge and best practices on hand in the event that you need to help save someone else’s life.

Saturday, September 15th, 9:00-11:00am, we will be hosting a CPR and AED Certification (adult, child, and infant) within our own four walls. I know someone out there reading this has been putting off re-upping their CPR certification forever. Don’t be that guy or gal -- now’s your chance!

The cost is $40.
