Labor Day Schedule


Next Monday, September 2nd, all classes will be cancelled in honor of the Labor Day Holiday.

Normal class schedule will resume on Tuesday, September 3rd. Plan accordingly!

If you’re looking for a little movement on your day off, don’t forget our collective commitment to apply our fitness outside of the gym and learn new sports regularly. Get out there and use the fitness you’ve developed on a hike, swim, or run, or try a new activity or sport. Enjoy the holiday!
