Today we are happy to announce that a new day and a new week have arrived. With this new week, beginning this Tuesday, we are proud to offer dedicated group and individual coaching opportunities Monday through Friday. We will provide these opportunities to you via a virtual meeting space. Our students will have access to us in the morning and again in the evening. As a special benefit to our current students, we hope you’ll bring your “isolation partners” with you. The individual coaching meetings provide a one on one experience providing specific direction and interaction with a student. Our current students can access these opportunities by registering for classes or requesting an individual appointment on Zenplanner. Once registered, you’ll receive a code to join us in the virtual space.

If you are feeling lost and alone out there in isolation land, please use this opportunity to connect with your community. We all miss the daily interaction with our teammates and we all could benefit from your beautiful smiles. We have the technology, let’s use it.

For those of you out there that aren’t registered as current students but find that you need help navigating this new terrain in health and wellness, we continue to work with people privately and will work with you remotely. Reach out to us at info@noboundariesathletics.net.
