INTRODUCING ASHTANGA

As we get ready to close out our second week of the current “stay at home” order we have another special event to announce. This coming Monday morning, March 30, 2020, at 8 am our very own May Yacoob will be joining us online to deliver a short course in Ashtanga yoga. She will take us through the practice during our morning group coaching call. This will be a guided practice so please come prepared to participate.

This practice is a dynamic, flowing style that connects the movement of the body with the breath. The method stresses the importance of breathing practice with a set series of movements and postures. May has dedicated herself to countless hours of practice and development in her passion to share yoga with others. This short course is another extension of what we offer our community through this new frontier in the digital landscape.

All are welcome to join us this coming Monday at 8 am. Understanding that we all have different schedules the class will be recorded and made available to our community later in the day.
