Workout of the Day

Holidaze...

I'm not sure what you were doing this last Saturday, but we had an awesome Holiday Party! It's great to spend some time with such and incredible community in regular clothes...doing "regular" things...

You can check out some pictures on Flicker, CLICK HERE!

Or you can watch White Elephant gift exchange on Periscope, CLICK HERE!

The gift exchange was definitely the main event! Just like in years past it was filled with tons of laughter and tons of stealing. You are a viscous and savage group of competitors!!! This year Max traded hats with Jeremy as the most robbed and most abused. Poor guy couldn't keep people form stealin' his swag. The gifts were truly "unique" and I can't wait to see what next year brings.

And just incase you were wondering...no brown bananas this year.

With only a couple of weeks left of the year we want you to end 2015 on a high note. The regular class schedule will continue until December 24th, when we will offer our last classes of 2015 at 6am and noon. Classes will resume regular schedule, at 8am, on January 2, 2016. The break is a great opportunity for everyone to focus on celebrating with family and friends. This is also a great time for everyone give extra attention to rest and recovery, really focusing on regrouping both mentally and physically as we prepare for a big 2016. The coaches will be using this time to spend some much needed time with loved ones, celebrating some new milestones and recharging for what looks to be our biggest year yet in 2016.

During the break we will be hosting an online competition, Year End Throwdown. We will be posting a series of workouts for you to complete at home. This will be a chance to hold yourselves personally accountable while proving that we really are stronger together. Nothing like a bit of old fashioned competition to keep things interesting....(and if our party this weekend was any indication...this should be right up everyone's alley). We'll post the rest of the details on the YET 2015 here later this week.
