Holiday Schedule and Final Workout


The holidays are quickly approaching!

Every year, in order to allow our coaching staff time for rest, reflection, and celebration with family and friends, we take time away from the gym and offer limited classes for the holiday week. This year’s schedule is as follows:

Sat, December 22: last class of the year (8am)

Mon, Dec 24 - Mon, Jan 1: no classes

Tue, Jan 2: regular schedule resumes

Following our annual tradition, we will be doing the “12 Day of Christmas” workout on the last class of the year - Sat, Dec 22nd. This is a great way to send off the year with some hustle among your gym family.

While we take this holiday time to celebrate and reflect on our year, we hope you will do the same.

And if you’re looking for a little movement while we’re off for the holiday, take this as an opportunity to get outside, play, and try something new!
