Holiday Schedule: 4th of July

This upcoming Tuesday, July 4th, the gym will be closed in observance of the holiday. We will hold our regular class schedule on Monday, July 3rd, and normal schedule will resume on Wednesday, July 5th.



If you're looking for a little extra fitness over your holiday week/weekend, come join our free community workout on Saturday at 9:00am as a little pre-4th chance to get some fun and fitness in with your friends. Or, find a local 5k run, go on a hike to enjoy the beautiful weather, or partake in the age-old 4th of July sport of "how much barbecue can I consume in an afternoon?"



Enjoy the holiday, and we'll see you in the gym!
