Happy is right Damit!!!




Because being anything else today would simply be a waste of time. The crew in the picture is smiling because they work for a company that believes in providing a corporate fitness program. Nothin' but smiles all around.



Fitness is not a crime. Last time I checked California has yet to remove our rights to train with a smile.



This stuff is supposed to be fun. Do you remember that, back in the day?



No one forced you to be here, in fact you came to us. You decided to make a conscious decision to put your ass out there and train.



So when you walk through those doors today make sure you slap your best smile across your face, high five someone and be grateful that you got to do something fun today.
