Halloween Schedule (And a Spooky Test!)


Tomorrow, October 31st, marks the end of our month-long Squatober Challenge, which means it’s time to test your 20rm back squat. In our minds, there’s nothing quite as scary as a true 20rm, so it’s fitting for the season.

We will include the 20rm squat as a part of all regular classes. Come test your strength, stamina, and grit!

Also, in honor of the holiday, there will be no 6pm class on October 31st. Enjoy the festivities, and maybe a bit of candy.
