Gimme the Deets: Weightlifting 101 Specialty Course


The Weightlifting 101 Specialty Course is returning to CrossFit No Boundaries next month! Starting May 7th and continuing for 8 weeks, the Weightlifting 101 specialty course will dig deep on the discipline of weightlifting. Members of the Weightlifting 101 team will meet twice a week to develop and refine their skills in the snatch and clean & jerk, as well as build strength, power, and a whole host of skills. This course is for everyone: beginners wanting to gain more familiarity with the lifts as well as experienced athletes looking to refine their skills and develop more strength in the snatch and clean & jerk.

This unique 8-week course will meet on Monday and Thursday evenings at 7:15pm, and will culminate with a mock-meet to put your fitness to the test.

The Weightlifting 101 course is available to members for $350 and non-members for $400.
