Free Community Workout Saturday


Every first Saturday of the month, CrossFit No Boundaries takes the opportunity to share our craft and a bit of fitness with the world at our Free Community Workout. This Saturday, June 2nd at 9:00am, friends, family, and anyone looking to start their weekend off with some fitness are invited to join this event.

The workout will be scalable to all fitness and experience levels, and coaches will be on hand to help all participants.

Not only are you invited, but everyone in your circle is, too. Don’t be stingy and hide this gift -- share it with everyone you know!
