Free Community Workout Saturday


Community! Gather round! It's time for our Free Community Workout Saturday. This monthly event is our opportunity to open our doors and share what we offer with the community. This means you, your friend, your mother-in-law, your neighbor, your doctor, and your mechanic are all invited to come kick it with us and get in some free fitness!

Workouts will be scaleable to any level of fitness, and coaches will be on hand to help with any modifications. Be sure to reserve your spot now (reserve HERE), and let's get this party started.

  • Spend 15 minutes working on double-unders, and/or establishing a max unbroken set of double-unders

  • 4 rounds for reps

    • 30s max cal bike

    • 30s max thrusters (95/65)

    • 30s max burpees

    • 90s rest
