Free Community Workout Saturday


Did you know that on the first Saturday of every month, CrossFit No Boundaries opens our doors to the public for a free community-style workout? This upcoming Saturday, March 2nd at 9:00am, you and all your friends are invited to spend your morning getting quality coaching and training with quality people. Expect some fun, some learning, and a little bit of sweat.

The workout will be scalable to any fitness level, and coaches will be working with students throughout the workout. No previous experience necessary.

If you our someone you know needs or wants some fitness in their life, this is their chance. We hope to see you there!
