Free Community Workout Saturday


This Saturday, January 5th, at 9:00am marks the first Free Community Workout of the year 2019. Our doors are open to the community at large for a free morning of movement, coaching, and maybe even some fun. The training will be scalable to any fitness level and coaches will be on hand to assist with modifications, so fret not if you have no training experience.
