FREE Community Workout


Good news, folks! This Saturday, January 6th at 9:00am is our first FREE Community Workout of the year! This is your chance to start your year out on the right foot and join in for a little bit of fun, sunshine, and fitness. This is our chance to share our craft with our community at large.

Bring along your friends, your family, your neighbors, your dentist -- the whole world is invited! No experience? No worries! Workouts will be scaleable to any experience and fitness level, and coaches will be on hand to work with each student.
