Free Community Workout


Time to gather your friends and family and grab some free fitness together. We're pretty big on community here at CrossFit No Boundaries, and we want to give everyone a chance to get in on the action. Like free? Like fitness? Like fun? You're in luck.

Every first Saturday of the month we host a Free Community Workout at 9:00am. All ages and fitness levels are welcome! If this will be your first time at CrossFit No Boundaries, please arrive 10 minutes early.
