Enough To Go Around


People commonly burden themselves with a scarcity mindset. They view ideas, opportunities, knowledge, even love or community as scarce resources they must compete for. The ironic thing is, scarcity in this sense exists because you create it. Ideas and opportunities don’t become less valuable as they become less scarce, and often the inverse is true.

When you find something great, we think the best course of action is to share it. In fact, that’s the basic premise for why CrossFit No Boundaries exists.
