End of Year Double-Under Challenge


We are now knee deep in the holiday season, a time notorious for delicious treats, plenty of cheers-ing, and (frequently) waning fitness practices. The good news: you don’t have to fall into the holiday trap of letting your good habits fall apart.

To give you the opportunity to continue to push the needle as you enjoy your holiday season, you are invited to join us in our End of Year Double-Under Challenge. For the next four weeks, set aside an extra 5-10 minutes every day for some extra practice in a challenging but rewarding skill -- the double-under.

We will start our four-week challenge with a 2 minute max rep double under test, and will re-test on Friday, December 21st. Each week, we will release a video detailing a skill focus for the week.

The best part? You can practice wherever you are -- at the gym, at home, or vacationing in the Bahamas.
