Don't Miss The Final Main Event!


This Friday, March 24th will mark the final event of the 2017 CrossFit Open season. Personally (and I believe this is a sentiment that I share with many), the CrossFit Open has been a remarkable opportunity to remind myself of the joys and challenges of competition, the opportunities in performance, and the incredible value of a strong community.

To celebrate our community and all of our efforts leading up to and through the season (and to have a hell of a good time), we want this Main Event to be bigger and better than all the rest. Starting at 5:30pm we will be kicking off the final workout, to be followed by a potluck-style party featuring tacos (on us) plus whatever goodies you and your family bring. Don't come empty handed! This is sure to be a gathering you don't want to miss.

Let's end this season with a bang, and come back next week ready to start preparing for the next!
