CrossFit No Boundaries Holiday Schedule


The holidays are nearly upon us, and that means it's time for CrossFit No Boundaries to take a short winter siesta while we all engage in merriment and good cheer with friends and family.

The holiday schedule is as follows:

Mon, Dec 19 - Fri, Dec 23: Normal class schedule

Sat, Dec 24: No class - holiday siesta begins

Mon, Dec 26 - Sat, Dec 31: No class

Mon, Jan 2: Normal class schedule resumes

The good news is, this holiday doesn't mean you have to take a break from fitness!

That's right, there's fitness in the air, and you can take it with you wherever you go. We will be posting up a week's worth of workouts for you to do at home, while you travel, or wherever your holiday may take you. The workouts will require zero to minimal equipment, and will leave room for some of your own creative flair. Even better, we'll be continuing our tradition of the Annual Holiday Fitness Video Contest. Grab a video of you completing the workouts, spice it up and have some fun with it, and submit it for a chance to win a cash prize. Who says you can't have it all?

This holiday season, we want to let you know how thankful we are to have you as part of our No Boundaries family. We couldn't do this without you. We hope you're as stoked as we are to keep chasing excellence together in 2017.
