CrossFit No Boundaries Does the San Diego Half Marathon


This Sunday, March 12th, part of the CrossFit No Boundaries family will be making a trek down to beautiful San Diego to run the annual SD Half Marathon. Among the runners are Coach Jeremy, Abby, and yours truly, all mere fledglings in the endurance world, as well as seasoned endurance veterans, Shaun and Tiffany. For those of us making our gentle foray into the endurance world, the preparation for this event has been an exercise in stepping well outside of our comfort zones and seeing what else the world of fitness and performance has to offer. And though I'm hesitant to say it for fear of eating my words later, I've kind of enjoyed it. Perhaps the San Diego Half could even become a No Boundaries tradition...

We hope that if you have the time, you'll use this as a good excuse to make an excursion down to one of the most beautiful places in the world to watch some of your team take on a new and exciting fitness venture. I'm sure we could use a little extra cheering in those last few miles. Plus, you can meet us for burgers and beer after the race, and who doesn't want in on that?
