This coming Tuesday, April 7, 2020, we will continue our expansion into the realm of breathwork with our Introducing Ashtanga series with our very own May Yacoob. This is meant to be a short course in a developing practice. The practice will be guided so please come prepared to participate.
Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, flowing practice centered around breathwork and movement. The method stresses the importance of breathing through a set series of movements and postures. May has dedicated herself to countless hours of practice and development and is excited to share her knowledge with us. This short course is another extension of what we offer our community through this new frontier in the digital landscape.
We understand that isolation is challenging for everyone at this time and we are excited to connect with those looking for community. All are welcome and all can benefit from having this connection while in isolation. Please contact us for registration details by clicking here. Our current students will have access to a recording of this class. Current students should register for the regular coaching call through Zenplanner to receive the meeting link.
See you out there. #developyourself
