Coming Soon - 2019 Whole Life Challenge


At the start of every year, we participate in the Whole Life Challenge, a 6-week game-based lifestyle challenge meant to give you the accountability and tools to make significant, life-changing course-adjustments. The Whole Life Challenge addresses practices in diet, exercise, sleep, mobility, hydration, reflection, and well-being, and has different levels to match your desired goals and current status.

Every year, the team at CrossFit No Boundaries comes out of the 6-week challenge with lasting insights and changes. We hope you will join us! Register HERE, and be sure to join our team. The challenge starts January 19th, and early registration is open now.

    • 10 burpees

    • Max unbroken pull-ups

    • 10 burpees

    • Max unbroken strict push-ups

    • 10 burpees
