BUILDING BRIDGES

A bridge can be defined as a structure carrying a road or a path across a seemingly impassable obstacle. We observe obstacles in many places in our lives both figuratively and literally. Sometimes the obstacles are represented by the physical act of moving an object or learning a new skill. In our current situation, we are limited by the policy of social distancing. Whether metaphorical or literal we are confronted by these limits everywhere and the path to growth is created through a bridge. As an organization, it is foundational to our mission to help our community build those bridges. In the continuing effort to make those connections we have few reminders for you.

Tomorrow we will be continuing with our lifestyle series. We are offering a guided yoga practice, centered around breath and movement. On Friday, May 1, 2020, the Introducing Ashtanga series be available at both 8 am and 4 pm group coaching calls. If you are new to our community and would like to participate please contact us for registration details by clicking here. Current students should register for the regular coaching call through Zenplanner to receive the meeting link.

Also, remember to join us for an evening of charcuterie, community, and connection on Friday, May 1st, at 6:00 pm. Help us put the “social” back in social distancing with a digital hangout, use this link to join us via Zoom. We’ll be supporting a local favorite The Cellar, who has created a recommendation list just for us. Please submit your orders to The Cellar’s online store in time for pick-up on Friday. All pick up orders must be placed before 6 PM on Thursday, April 30th.
