Finding balance in our lives is challenged more than ever. With daily repetition at an all-time high, lack of geographic mobility, and a new reliance on technology it’s starting to feel and look a lot like Groundhog Day. One can not easily discover balance under normal circumstances, let alone in isolation. However, earning balance in your life has never been easier if you are willing to put forth the effort.

Continuing with our lifestyle practice, we will be hosting a digitally guided yoga experience this coming Wednesday, April 15, 2020. The practice will be available at both 8 am and 4 pm group coaching calls. In choosing to be apart of development and growth we will continue our expansion into the realm of breath and movement with our Introducing Ashtanga series. Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, flowing practice centered around breathwork and movement. The method stresses the importance of breathing through a set series of movements and postures. This is meant to be a short course in a developing effort. Come prepared with a space to follow along in and a mat or blanket.
