A Reminder: It Works

temp-post-image

Continual proximity to something often leads you to forget the true impact or significance of that thing. If, for example, you were a Niagara Falls tour guide, the falls would eventually become your own version of your office that you show up to every day. Sure, you could abstractly acknowledge their magnificence, but you wouldn’t view them with the same breathtaking wonder as you did the first time you saw them.

The gym is my office, and sometimes I forget the real significance of the results that come from dedicated training, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.

I was reminded of this today as I looked over the results of last year’s Whole Life Challenge. Last year’s WLC participants who did the before-and-after body fat testing had an average difference of -9.9% in body fat over the 6-weeks of the WLC, and some participants had a difference upwards of -20% in body fat. Let that sink in for a moment. That’s major!

The WLC is a great opportunity to double-down on your efforts and bring awareness to the change you are capable of making, but these results play out every week, every month, and every year.

I know I need these reminders, and I suspect you may as well. This stuff works, and we wouldn’t be dedicating ourselves to it if it didn’t.

P.S.

If you’re interested in joining our Whole Life Challenge team this year, jump on board HERE. You don’t need to be a member, and you don’t even need to be in the same state or country to play. The WLC starts this Saturday, Jan 19th.

If you’re interested in signing up for body fat testing tomorrow, Friday Jan 18th, sign up and reserve your spot HERE. Testing is available from 4:00-6:30pm, with limited spots open.
