    • Hang snatch pull + snatch pull + power snatch

  • Then, in 5 minutes, work up to a heavy single power snatch

Then...

  • 3 rounds for quality:

    • 10 unbroken overhead squats

    • 10 unbroken snatch-grip deadlifts
