Workout of the Day



Imagine being able to maximize your training outcome without lifting a single weight. Breathwork has the potential to positively impact both physical stress and mental stress. A simple weekly practice can improve how you breathe allowing you to perform longer and faster. Tomorrow we will be hosting the next installment of our Lifestyle series with the continuation of Introducing Breathwork. Coach Preston will guide us through principles and protocols surrounding the practice of breathwork.
