Favorite WOD: haven’t found a favorite yet as every WOD is still new to me
What WOD sucks: Farmer carries for 600m
Why did you start: I wanted to get into shape
What changes have you encountered mentally: feeling scared before attempting a heavy lift
What changes have you seen physically: my endurance has gotten significantly better
What were you hoping for in CFNB-How did you start: I started with the World’s Best Boot Camp at CFNB and went straight into CrossFit. I am hoping to not only get familiar with all the movements but become a part of the CFNB family.
Why CFNB: I love the family atmosphere, I feel comfortable here and everyone is very welcoming
Two Goals for the year: lean out with an overall healthier me and gain more confidence in all the different movements and lifts.

What WOD sucks: Murph
Why did you start: After two WBBCOC’s I needed a greater challenge
What changes have you encountered mentally: CrossFit is like running in the fact that it is very mental, you have to keep pushing yourself.
What changes have you seen physically: my husband noticed muscles in my back and I
can also lift weight without back pain.
What were you hoping for in CFNB-How did you start: I wanted to run faster and feel
Why CFNB: I transitioned from the boot camp that was already at CFNB. Plus, Abby
made me do it!
Two Goals for the year: run another marathon sub 5 hours and to be able to do a pull-up without a band for assistance.
