Starting right before Halloween I'm already getting ready for the upcoming holiday season. It goes really quick, Halloween was only three weeks ago and we are already looking at Thanksgiving Day! That's fast, really fast!!! Then it's Christmas followed by New Year's Eve.

We might as well crack the champagne now when you look at it like that...

So...with all the craziness that next week brings our gym schedule will be a little shorter, ensuring everyone gets to spend quality time with their family and friends. The gym will be closed on Thursday and Friday returning to our regular schedule on Saturday morning at 8am.

If anyone is interested, we have more than a few people that are prepping for the Dana Point Turkey Trot 10k and I know they would love the support. If you would like to join them you can register here, http://turkeytrot.com/register/. I will also post two WODs here on the blog for those of you that want a CrossFit workout. You could also grab a ball and head outside to play a catch with a friend. If you have a bunch of people whereever you are you can always play a "freindly" game of football or something along those lines. Whatever you do, where ever you are, spend sometime enjoying the outside doing something fun. You'll be well rested when you return, ready to take on the rest of 2015.
