Strongman 101 Returns!!!

As you can see no one had any fun during our inaugural run of the World Famous Strongman 101 Program.

We are so proud to announce the return of this Specialty Course.

Strongman 101 will begin again on February 15th, 2016. Classes start at 7pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, continuing for the next eight weeks.

No better way than to pick up odd shaped heavy things. This 8-week long course is an introduction to the discipline of the sport of Strongman. This is old school, folks. Think kegs, yokes, tires, atlas stones, chains, and a whole lot of fun!
Poorly named, “Strongman” isn’t just for men, nor is it just for the strongest people out there. Strongman 101, like our CrossFit program, is fully scalable. There’s no prerequisite on strength, fitness or experience to participate.

Just bring a great attitude and the desire to learn!
